After every war, rumours of brides, not so ethical practices, etc. emerge. Rumours of a shadow world where world leaders, arms' dealers, corruption, greed, generals,... all go hand in hand. All with one goal, so it seems: making war last as long as possible and gaining as much money as possible. Despite any morals.
With witness reports of journalists, arms' dealers, politicians and insiders the documentary Shadow World tries to expose the threath which dealing arms forms to democracy. Not only in countries at war, but also in Europe and the US of A.
