No live concert. No reunion. But a steamy funky night for them old and new fans. Presented by De Roma, buteo buteo and So You Think You Can Funk.
With an artist talk and Q&A by Sasha Van der Speeten (De Morgen, BRUZZ, 22tracks) (in Dutch) and some really really cool DJs: Groove Merchant, Kara, Mix Monster Menno and DJ Grazzhoppa.
Mid nineties, the infamous Belgian funk band Wizards of Ooze released three records that brought forth a whole new scene. To make sure the Wizards of Ooze's legacy won't get lost, young Antwerp label buteo buteo is re-releasing those records. On vinyl. Next to Naast The Dipster (1994), Bambee! (1996) en Almost... Bikini (1999) a fourth records will be released: The unheard tales of... Helga Schröder. A record filled with tracks that've never been released before.
